Certainly woman are like that just to F...ck with you in a way or another. They are not friends, they just want to feel good about them selves by humiliating you bragging about their boyfriens or relationships that are better than yours and that's why they feel better than you.... is a way to tell you in your face without in fact doing it that you are in a sort of lower level in comparison to them and let me tell you, they feel pleasure doing it when you are flying by lower lands, and the most important part of this is that they feel intelligent by doing that... they say... LOL I'm such a clever bitch... bla bla bla . I'm such a bad ass gurl... Poor (Your name here). She will never be able to find a real boyfriend or man.
And when you see her... she is not even good looking? she is ugly and has a man... well she has something that you know that you would like for you.
And that's not the worst part of all, the worst part comes when your friends talk about you when you are not there...

So what you should do about that... well I have some healthy advice for you.
TRAIN.
Yes... train HARD!.
Start by long walks and go to the gym... if you don't feel like going to the gym, take a rope and star to jump... then go to the flor and make some 40 push ups...
10 push ups or half push ups then rest.
10 push ups... then rest again... until you got your 40.
50 abs a day!
That will help you to relief all the toxins in your mind and body. while giving you strength... man loves strength in a woman. Guys are kids! inside are weak and they look for mom's protection. So be strong! but not too much! they like curves and femininity in their majority. Sure that for every rule there is an exception.
Then loss fat and be 0 fat... pure fiber.
Work on it.... invest on it. Improve your image and take some acting classes, this will help you be more fluent with your body expression.
That will take some courage and effort but you will star to see some cool improvements and men will star to look at you before they look to your friends... common, if you have friends that have time to talk about you while you are not there... that means that your friends don't have to do anything else than that, they are lazy asses AND YOU ARE NOT PART OF THEM.
But you can give them a great lesson by becoming a hot and desirable girl.
